My Educational Goal
My
Education goal as far as CCTI online is concerned is to gain skills and
knowledge in the integration of ICT in learning and teaching within my school
and my country at large.
My Reference To How My PLN Is
Progressing
Having a PLN is about making connections and building personal relationships with teachers, school administrators, university professors, and experts around the world and according to this, I have been able to link up with my fellow teachers to come up with a review of two learning resource sites, namely Academic Earth and Vimeo. No matter where we were, there was always someone online available to answer questions, share our expertise, and simply chat about what’s happening within the course.
We were also able to share ideas and resources, collaboration, and learning. We shared our learning, ideas and expertise in different ways and using different media and tools, but the essence was the same: the PLN is simply the best professional development you will ever participate in – and it’s available 24/7.
PLN has enabled people to share diverse, global perspectives on teaching strategies, educational issues, and technologies.

Helped me To Achieve
I
have been able to create a personal YouTube channel that has exposed me to the
rest of the world and to make extra research and in this, I have been able to
publish a playlist of videos for my professional growth and development. Some
of the most important resources that I have found are MIT video, Edx, Internet
Achieve and Course era among others. These sites provide free video libraries
and without registration.
In my special recommendation I would recommend my colleagues to try out
MIT because it provides guides to more than 11,000 interesting MIT videos and
lectures. The site is video.mit.edu/
